Didi launched KIDSHA in 2025 to empower kids to get involved in their communities. She has more than a 15 years of experience working in nonprofits and operations in Los Angeles. She most recently served as the Director of Operations for a homeless services agency. She has participated in various community service opportunities throughout Los Angeles, New York and Connecticut with her son including community clean ups and serving meals for people experiencing homelessness. This service has had a tremendous impact on her family and inspired her to start KIDSHA. Didi currently lives in Los Angeles with her family.

Anne is a founder of KIDSHA. As an active volunteer with the Special Olympics at a young age, she developed her passion and journey to work in human services. With over 15 years of experience in education and non-profits, Anne most recently served as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Make-A-Wish Los Angeles. In this role she

With over 15 years of experience in education and non-profits, Anne most recently served as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Make-A-Wish Los Angeles. In this role she oversaw the marketing and communications plan to share the power of a wish, develop community and corporate partnerships and engage with donors and volunteers. Anne currently lives in Los Angeles and is a proud mom of three kids.

As a founder of KIDSHA, Annie has always believed in the power of building community. She comes from a diverse professional background in advertising, copywriting, production and events. However, in recent years, she found her passion in nonprofit and volunteer work.

As a founder of KIDSHA, Annie has always believed in the power of building community. She comes from a diverse professional background in advertising, copywriting, production and events. However, in recent years, she found her passion in nonprofit and volunteer work.
Currently, Annie leads her children’s school Parent Organization; Board Member, Founder and Membership and Events Chair for LUNA, the Larchmont United Neighborhood Association; and as a lead committee member of the annual Larchmont Spring Block Party which celebrates community and works with sponsors to raises funds for local charities. In 2024, she was named a Woman of Larchmont in the Larchmont Chronicle.
